What veneers cost, on the page

How the price is set

One variable: the number of teeth

Every veneer at In Line is porcelain and bonded the same way. There is no grade or material to choose that moves the price, so the only question is how many teeth your smile involves, and that is answered at a consultation that costs nothing.

The consultation

Dr. James Chon maps how many teeth your smile involves, and tells you when bonding or whitening would get you there instead. There is no charge for it.

The number, in writing

You see the plan and the price before committing to anything. The per-tooth price for your case size is the price you pay.

Protecting the work

Grinding and biting hard objects shorten the life of a veneer just as they do a natural tooth. If you grind at night, a guard is part of protecting the work; it is priced separately, in writing, at your exam.

The four-year care policy

Completed work, veneers included, is covered by the four-year care policy, kept active with routine six-month maintenance visits.

What is priced separately

If your teeth need something first

Veneers sit on healthy teeth. If a tooth needs a filling or gum treatment before a veneer can go on, that work is priced on its own, in writing, before anything begins. A tooth too weak for a veneer gets a crown instead, also priced in writing at your exam. Nothing is added that you have not agreed to in writing.

Whitening the other teeth

Veneers are matched to a shade, and porcelain does not whiten. If you want brighter teeth, whitening the teeth that will not get veneers comes first, so the whole smile matches. In-office whitening is a published $300.

Teeth whitening

Repairs underneath

Decay or an old failing filling has to be dealt with before a veneer is bonded over it. It is usually found at the exam and quoted in writing; anything found once work begins is explained and priced in writing before it is done.

Financing

CareCredit, Proceed Finance, LendingClub and Sunbit, on approved credit. Terms depend on the lender and are confirmed before treatment.

Common questions

Questions, answered

How much do porcelain veneers cost in Diamond Bar?

At In Line Dentistry, porcelain veneers are priced per tooth by how many teeth are treated together: $2,000 per tooth for 1–3 teeth, $1,299 for 4–6, $999 for 7–15, and $799 for 16 or more. A 4-veneer case is $5,196. Your own number is confirmed in writing at a free consultation once Dr. Chon has seen how many teeth your smile involves.

What does the veneer price depend on?

Only on how many teeth are treated together. Every veneer at In Line is porcelain and bonded the same way, so there is no grade or material to choose that changes the price.

Does dental insurance pay for veneers?

Veneers placed for appearance are generally treated as cosmetic, and most dental plans do not pay for cosmetic work. The team checks your plan and tells you before treatment what, if anything, it covers.

Are there cheaper ways to change my smile?

Sometimes. Whitening changes color without altering the tooth, and bonding can repair a chip or close a small gap for less than a veneer. Dr. Chon will say so at the consultation when a smaller treatment gets you where you want to be.

Can I pay for veneers over time?

Yes. In Line works with CareCredit, Proceed Finance, LendingClub and Sunbit, on approved credit. The terms depend on the lender and are confirmed with you before treatment begins.
