Checkup questions, answered

How often should I get a dental checkup and cleaning?

Every six months for most people. Twice-a-year exams and cleanings catch small problems while they're still small — and at In Line, those routine visits also keep the 4-year care policy on your dental work active.

What does the $99 New Patient Experience include?

Your complete first visit: an exam with Dr. Chon, digital X-rays, and a professional cleaning — $99 flat. With most PPO plans that cover preventive care, the same first visit is $0.

What languages does the office speak?

English, Spanish, Korean, and Vietnamese. Your exam, your questions, and your treatment plan can all happen in the language you're most comfortable in.

Are Saturday appointments available?

Dr. Chon sees patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM to 6 PM. On other days our office is open for scheduling, billing, and questions, but treatment happens on Tuesdays and Thursdays — so that's when to book your visit.

I'm nervous at the dentist. What are my options?

Tell us — it changes how we schedule and pace your visit. We explain every step before it happens, and nitrous oxide sedation is available to keep you comfortable.

Do you see kids?

Yes — In Line is a whole-family practice. Book the whole household in one trip and we'll keep it easy for the little ones.
