Do you take my insurance?
Most PPO plans are welcome. In Line is in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, MetLife and UnitedHealthcare; with other PPO plans you pay at the visit, we file your claim the same day, and your insurer reimburses you — with an estimate beforehand. No insurance? The In Line Member plan is $449 a year, a discount plan, not insurance.
