How the week works at In Line
In Line Dentistry runs on two schedules. Dr. Chon sees patients on Tuesdays, 9 to 6, and Thursdays, 10 to 7: every exam, cleaning and treatment happens on one of those two days. The office itself is also open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 to 6, and Saturday, 8 to 1, for scheduling, billing, benefits checks and questions, with no treatment on those days.
That shape is what makes a same-week visit a straightforward request rather than a special favor: there are two clinic days in every week, and the office is answering the phone on the days between them. It is also why every appointment offer on this site names a Tuesday or a Thursday.
Request online, confirmed by text
- Choose a Tuesday or Thursday time online. The booking page shows the open times on both clinic days. Picking one sends the office your request. It works at any hour, including when the office is closed.
- The office texts you to confirm. Usually the same business day. The text names the day and time and carries a reschedule link. Until it arrives, the time is a request, not a booking.
- Benefits checked before you come in. If you have insurance, the office checks your benefits before the visit and tells you the number. The new-patient visit is $95 flat, or $0 with an active PPO plan.
Prefer to talk to someone? Call or text (909) 345-6155 during office hours and say what days and times suit you.
Emergencies on off days
A genuine emergency is the one exception to the two-day clinic schedule: for a tooth that cannot wait, Dr. Chon comes in on an off day. Text or call the office with what is happening and the team triages it and holds a time. The visit is the same $95 flat visit, or $0 out of pocket with an active PPO plan, with no separate emergency fee. The guide to what to do in a dental emergency covers the first steps, and the emergency care page has how to reach the office.
What to bring
- A photo ID.
- Your insurance card, if you have one. The office checks benefits before the visit.
- A list of any medications you take, including anything over the counter.
- Recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if you have them; otherwise digital X-rays are taken at the visit as part of the new-patient exam.
- A note of what you want looked at. A sore tooth, a chipped edge, a question about whitening: naming it at booking lets the team hold the right length of time.
The guide to your first dental visit walks through what happens once you arrive, step by step.
